By of the Journal Sentinel The Milwaukee County Board would receive an independent analysis in September of the financial costs to the county of a consultant's in setting the 2015 payment to the employees' pension fund, under a resolution approved Thursday by the board's finance committee. County Comptroller Scott Manske and Corporation Counsel Paul Bargren would team up to provide the damage assessment as well as advise the board on recovering an estimated $11.1 million shortfall in the payment through insurance or legal action against the actuarial consultant, Buck Consultants of Chicago.
